Please read these rules before entering The Digital Golf Pass  Giveaway (the "Giveaway").  You agree that by entering this Giveaway you will be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules (the "Rules") and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Giveaway eligibility requirements

Eligibility. This Giveaway is limited to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and cannot be employed by The Digital Golf Pass.

Sponsor. This Giveaway is sponsored by The Digital Golf Pass (the "Sponsor").

Timing. The Giveaway will run from July 30, 2017 to 11:59PM ET on August 6, 2017 (the "Giveaway  Period"). The Digital Golf Pass.’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Giveaway.

How to Enter.  There are two (2) methods of entry.

(1): Visit  www.instagram.com/digitalgolfpass,  Follow @digitalgolfpass. Like and tag 3 friends that you want to share the prize (your foursome) at the comment.

(2): Visit  https://twitter.com/digitalgolfpass. Follow @digitalgolfpass. Retweet the Giveaway post with #GolfNoBrainer and Tag 3 friends that you want to share the prize (your foursome) .

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays by using multiple/different  email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s plays and that entrant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant.

Prize.  Of the Giveaway Instagram and Twitter submissions. We'll select 5 lucky individual winners on Sunday, June 6. Each winner will receive 4 DGP memberships (valued at $19.95-$40 each) for their group the remainder of the year.

Prize Drawing for Participants.

The Prize Winners will be selected at random and notified via Instagram, Twitter message or mention and will be asked to respond by email in 72 hours to claim any prize.

Additional Terms.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram or Twitter.

The Digital Golf Pass reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway or, as determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion. The Digital Golf Pass reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion in an unsportsmanlike  or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsors’ failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
