Please read these rules before entering The Digital Golf Pass  Christmas Giveaway (the "Giveaway").  You agree that by entering this Giveaway you will be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules (the "Rules") and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Giveaway eligibility requirements

Eligibility. This Giveaway is limited to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and cannot be employed by The Digital Golf Pass.

Sponsor. This Giveaway is sponsored by The Digital Golf Pass (the "Sponsor").

Timing. The Giveaway will run from 7:00AM ET on Dec 02, 2017 to 11:59PM ET on Dec 09, 2017 (the "Giveaway  Period"). The Digital Golf Pass.’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Giveaway.

How to Enter.

Visit  www.facebook.com/digitalgolfpass, LIKE the Giveaway post and COMMENT what makes you love Digital Golf Pass. The comment with most likes will win.

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s plays and that entrant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant.

Prize.  Of the Giveaway Facebook submissions, winner will receive a Free 2018 Digital Golf Pass (valued at $30 to $59.5).

Prize Drawing for Participants.

The Prize Winners will be selected and notified via Facebook message or mention on Dec 11, 2017 and will be asked to respond by email in 72 hours to claim any prize.

The Digital Golf Pass reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway or, as determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion. The Digital Golf Pass reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion in an unsportsmanlike  or disruptive manner.
